At Nutaresta, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package and approximately €3.95 for a letterbox package. Returns must always be made using a shipping method that includes a Track 'n Trace code as standard. Unstamped returns are therefore not permitted.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@nutaresta.com.

After your request, you will receive a link containing information about returning your order. You can use this link to create a return label and send it to us.

We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of your return being registered, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.
