Magnesium & Taurine has been formulated by a biobased chemist using two types of magnesium (citrate and bisglycinate) and a unique absorption booster complex.

This absorption complex consists of vitamin D3, taurine, and active vitamin B6 (P5P) and has been developed to support absorption.

Elemental magnesium is the amount of actual magnesium in the product. Some manufacturers try to mislead customers by showing the amount of ‘bound magnesium,’ which sometimes means that a product contains five times less elemental magnesium.

Vitamin B6 works together with magnesium in various bodily functions. We have added an active form of B6, which does not accumulate in your body.

We use a coating based on cellulose (a fibre from plants) to make the surface smoother, making the tablet easier to swallow.
