In the Western world, we consume far too little omega-3 fatty acids. We eat less fatty fish and, due to factory farming, our diet also contains less and less omega-3 (meat, eggs).

With our Ultra Omega-3 product, you get more than the minimum recommended daily amount of omega-3 fatty acids with just one capsule per day. One package contains 30 capsules, which is enough for one month.
